I would like to know what kind of lighting, MH,PC,etc, will be the best for my 33 gallon tank. I dont have a lot of money so I want to make a good choice. I know that I need at least 175W.

Lighting is as much about what looks good to you as what your animals need. To decide on the right lighting the first time, you need to know what you want to keep and look at LFS and hobbyist's tanks, see how they're lit and what you like. I could just say that "20,000K M/H is the best available, go get it" But you will be hapier in the long run if you see each option in use before making a purchase.

Hello, I just have a 55w antinic pc and a 65w 50/50 pc on my 29 and the cost was only around $200 and provides a little over 4w per gallon.
