adhesive question - is it reef safe?

I have seven Tunze nanostream power heads not being used because the brackets have all broken off (even the replacement brackets supplied by Tunze). So, I have decided to try a DYI fix by gluing the bracket (plastic) to the interior magnet (metal).

A friend suggested marine fast-cure polyurethane adhesive sealant that is used to fix boats. Does anyone have any experience with this stuff - is it safe for marine life and is it effective? Thanks in advance!

I've used Gorilla glue without issue. I wouldn't put a metal magnet into the tank, through, without a good encapsulation.
