XM 20K faded?

I just got 2 XM 175w 20k bulb and one of them are not as blue as the other after 1 wk. It's not normal is it? They are both on magnetic ballast running 7 hrs a day.

Try switching the bulb to the other socket so it runs off of the other ballast and see if its still not as blue
