If you wipe them often, many times a rag wet in ro/di water works well. A little less often vinegar solution may help. If they get really really bad I've heard of using a polish on them but I don't have a brand polish to recommend.

Try using "reflector and polish" in the search engine.

Here are some threads I found with a quick search but it is far from complete:

I bought a spray bottle and filled it with RO/DI water.

Give them a spray and wipe every so often

Do you use a glass cover between the light and the water??
If you are worried about the glass reducing the light, take a look at your reflectors after only 3 weeks.
You could raise the light way up so the salt water can't get on the reflector, but then physics bites you. The Inverse Square Law---when you double the distance the light is reduced to 1/4 the original.
