ER-RS135 vs. Octo NW200

Barring price, why would you choose a EuroReef RS-135 over a Octopus NW-200 or vice versa.

I'm going to buying one of these and the price isn't that substantial since it is a one time purchase. I'd just like to know the differences in performances and such, pro's and con's of each.
