Maturity rate of urchins and snails

My tuxedo urchins and turbo grazers have reproduced. How long does it take for these to reach maturity, assuming that they are not eaten by my crabs? Other than making sure there is plenty of food available, is there anything else that I can do to help them along. Some of the snails are now about 3mm long and one of the urchins is approaching dime size. Thanks in advance for your response.

Turbo grazers should reach sexual maturity in a couple of years. The uchins may take 3 or 4 years.

Other than making sure there is plenty of food available, is there anything else that I can do to help them along.

Get rid of the crabs. :D
