Hi all,
A week ago I ordered a Pan World 200 PS pump along with a penducter from Premium Aquatics. When I got home from work and was expecting my package I noticed it did not arrive by UPS. I went on the website to track it and it was confirmed it was delivered two hours ago before I got home from work! It was not on my doorstep and I checked with the neighbors with no luck. I figured someone ripped it off. I called Premium Aquatics and told them what happened. They quickly got in touch with UPS and while UPS did there little trace investigation to figure out they could not find it, Premium sent me a replacement fast. UPS turned out to be the one at fault and they had to pay the claim because they left it at my door without a signature! So I got my pump finally and I am very happy with it. It's built like a tank and I hope it lasts for years. Thank you Premium Aquatics for your wonderful Customer Service.
