Clown pairing issue.

I HAD a pair of black saddleback clowns that I introduced to the tank at the same time. They were both the same size. One of them grew and the other didn't. The larger kept eating the smaller ones fins off, and would never let it eat. After a while, the larger killed the smaller. Its been about four months now and Id like to introduce another to the tank and try to get them to pair up. The one I have now is probably 1.5", so its still small. Would I have better luck trying to introduce a larger, or smaller clown to the tank?

I had the same problem with a couple of cinammins. I ended up trading the female in and getting a pair of ocellaris clowns. They've paired up nicely.
