Questions on flasher wrasses

I visited the LFS the other day and saw a blue flasher wrasse (Paracheilinus cyaneus). I tried finding some information on flasher wrasses, but didn't find a lot. So here are a couple questions for you guys and gals. :)

1. Would a flasher wrasse, particularly this one, do well singly in a reef aquarium? I've heard they tend to do better in groups of a male and several females.

2. Is this fish hardy?

3. Does it have any special needs/requirements?

I think it would do great being solitary b/c these fish are in competition to get food when the tank is full of fish. I wouldn't consider it hardy but it should do fine in your setup.
