The Ridgefield high school freshwater and marine biology club/society, has been given the go ahead for starting the club. We have got the aquariums and some plumbing that has been donated to us, but right now we do not have much of the basic elements to starting a reef.
If you have any of these things that you are willing to donate, what would be awesome:
>1. HOB or Canister filters -for SW and FW
>2. 100w heaters (glass or titanium) -for SW and FW
>3. ANY protein skimmers -for SW
>4. Pellet/flake foods -for SW and FW
>5. Lights (PC/T5/MH) -for SW and (only PC's) FW
>6. Aquariums (20L, 20H, 10g) -for both FW and SW
>7. Overflows- for SW
>8. Old return pumps (~600gph) -for SW
>9. Extra Live sand or live rock (either can be dead) -for SW
>10. Old CLEAN trash can (plastic please) -for SW
As of now I am not sure if a donation to us is tax deductible, how ever, if a "donater" ever decides that he would like one of our propagated frags you may run into some discounts:D
We need all the support we can get, as there is no budget for us, we have to raise the money on our own, and to do that we need to sell "stuff" (corals, tank raised clams, clownfish, and sea horses), and to do that we need to setup our aquariums, and to do that we need help in the equipment department.

BTW all the items listed above, if you are willing to donate any of them, (within a reasonable distance) we will be able to come and pick it up.
