Posh Reef placed a bid on one of my ebay auctions. DID not ask for insurance and bec of the fault of the shipping company delaying the order, the coral died. Was willing to give partial refund. If the coral died based on overnight shipping i would be more than happy to give full refund but bec the buyer did not ask for insurance, used paypal to secure his own liability.
He demanded full refund from a hobbyist even though as a vendor he does not offer that to his own customers. He is apparently very well versed on how paypal policies are. Paypal supports ebayers who are powersellers with high transactions.
His definition of WYSIWYG, means that despite the risk of shipping and the fact that he did not want to pay for insurance, he feels warranted to get 100% risk free coral.
