Hi, i was wondering.
if i frag my corals, is it essential to put them ona piece of live rock?
Will any thing else do, iīm not in the mood to brake up my live rock... :(

There are a ton of different options available for putting frags on; everything from commercially made frag plugs to DIY type stuff. If you search around you will see people use a lot of different things.

sea shells, disks, and plugs seem to work the best for me

I prefer ceramic plugs. I know thefilterguys carry them. They don't crumble like the aragonite ones do and they don't have to be cured.

Depends on what's readily available to you. I'd be wary of some ceramic tiles... you never really know what minerals they may contain.

Frag plugs are ok, and great for space saving frag operations but are not the greatest looking thing in the world IMO. :D

rinse them off. no curing necessary. You only need to cure rocks or plugs made with concrete.

I also use ceramic plugs and discs.
