Does Liveaquaria not do free shipping if you order certain amounts?

They haven't done free shipping in almost two years. It used to be free shipping if you're order was $225 or over,

I placed a 400 dollar order and my shipping was 39.00. They haven't offered free shipping for a while now. Reefhotspot.com offers free shipping for orders $225 or more.
