I got reffered to Mike from a friend of mine. I checked out his website, spoke with Mike personally a couple of times, then made a purchase. His prices are reasonably also. I placed my order and was expecting a delivery. It never came. I got an e-mail from Mike that his Fed Ex boxes never got picked up to go on the plane. He had to go to the airport and take all the boxes back to the shop and put all the fish back into his system. He appoligized for what had happened which was out of his control. I spoke with Mike again on the phone and i received my fish the next day.
The box was professionally packaged and there were no issues with leaking or anything like that. The Regal I got from him is absolutely stunning!!!!
I got word from other people on the board that he is a good person to deal with and do anything in his power to make things right.
I would deal with Mike again in a heart beat.
