Hoang, why spend so much for for tunze osmolator , 2 cheap top off plugs will do the job.

I have a 4' 90 gallon tank. Should I run the controller with 2 6000's or 2 6500's? I bought the 6500's already but haven't put them in yet.

Tunze has 6500? For what... Wild River's Tidal Pool? :)

You mean 6101? Maybe?

correction - I don't have the manual booklet for it. Anyways if you don't want it no problem.

I have the manual. You can have it. It's pretty much self explanatory or could be easily figured out thru. trial and error.

BTW, get a wave box. I haven't seen a tank with a Tunze wavebox that I didn't like, in terms of flow that is.

Hey Hoang, can I use a wavebox in a 4 foot tank?

I would consider getting 2x used 6000 (since they're discontinued) or 2x 6101.

The 6055 is weak for your tank.

Hey Mike, regarding the Wavebox, you should ask Roger in Tunze forum. If he gives the okay, then I would definitely go for it.

This guy has everything you need btw:

I wish I had read this prior to sticking my 6055's in the water. They do feel a little weak.

Tom, I'm gonna pass up on the controller as these pumps already feel weak and I need to run them constantly.

Just sell them back and get the bigger Tunze pumps.

They're not easy to find so won't lose a lot of value... also since you barely used them.
