hello guys i got my stand today its a JBJ nano cube stand for a 24g tank how many off you actually add the rubber feet?? they raise it about 1 inch. its 4 of them i did not put them on and it seems nice and sturdy. i have not put the tank on yet

i dont have this stand, but rubber feet are generally made for grip. If ur putting the stand on tile or hardwood or something slick, the rubber feet help it stay there when its bumped. I dont think it does much to make the stand any more sturdy.

In case you have a leak/carpet cleaning/flood, you dont want that MDF on the floor soaking in all the water either. Just my $0.02.

Hmm thats a good point i did not think of that. the stand is made to hold the JBJ tank which is a 24g i am using it for a 25g cube thats not a JBJ. ok you convinced me i guess ill be putting them on. it will add another inch to the height :)
