OT: UPS return lable, HELP ?

I need to create a UPS lable return and send it to a member here on RC. To make the story short I need to send him a return lable/and have UPS driver pick up the package.

I have UPS account online, but never create a return lable, please help walk me thru this.

I also need to send the return lable to him via e-mail. Thank you in advance.

Log in to your UPS account online,
Select Create a shipment
Under the create a shipment menu, select Create a return
Fill in the proper info
Under the Return Services drop down, select Electronic return Label
enter the email address then you're don

you can always create the return label and mail it them

With an account you don't need to print the label. UPS creates it a passes it on to the driver. Make sure the person returning the item has it ready for pickup (boxed) and expects the pickup. It's usually within two days regardless of where it is. Even then I always use the three-pickup attempt option.
