Pan World Pumps

Has anyone here ever dealt with Pan World Customer service? I am wondering because I bought a Pan World 200 PS pump from Marine Depot but they had to dropship it directly from Pan World. I have been trying to get tracking information from Marine Depot but it seems that Marine Depot is having problems with Pan World since they can't get tracking info. Is Panworlds customer service any good or is it poor?

It's marginal. I had some issues with my panworld PX100. Getting in touch with anyone at Panworld is pretty difficult, but once you actually speak to someone they are extremely helpful.
