Help: Clean Bulb and Reflector

What you guy use to clean your reflectors and bulb ? and How ? thanks. need it quick. thanks.

warm water and a wash cloth... then wipe clean with rubbing alcohol...

The bulb can be cleaned with warm water but the reflector is not. Any kind of Alcohol base worked ?
