I'm looking for insperation. I'm thinking of changing my 210 mostly sps tank into a softy/lps. I'd like to see some pictures of some softy tanks that grown in and thriving. Thanks

Here are a few shots of my old 260 from awhile back. Click on my red house for more info.

That's cool, I love the gorgonias. Are they all Euniceas?

If I remember correctly I have a couple varieties. I know I had Eunicieas but also sea blades. The large Eunicea I had for a number of years and grew like crazy. It had grown from the top of a 24" tank to shown here to the top of a 28" tank in about 6 months.

Wow, I just checked out your TOTM stuff, awesome. Did you take the tank down?

Yes. The tank came down about 1 1/2 years ago. A real bummer too for some of the fish and corals had been in my care for 8-10 years. I had to sell or donate everything. I do have a new tank that is starting to come together.

IS your new tank a softy tank or sps?

I originally wanted to go with a sps tank. However, after a number of issues with the new tank I have started to gravitate towards softies again even though I do have some sps frags. It's hard for me not to think about my last set up only on a larger scale.:)

Tom that is a great tank. Personally I love the softies and LPS mixes. I love seeing the movement of the corals in the water, I also get alot of friends that like to watch them also.
