I have a 180g reef and am thinking about adding a pair of BTT’s.
What are your experiences with these fish in you reef?

I fed him as much PE mysis as I could without polluting the tank too much and he would always nip just after feeding.

I have a Niger trigger in my reef and he does just fine and does not nip at anything,I feed him new life spectrum marine formula ounce a day. I am adding a Large Sargassum Trigger when I expand my reef to 125.

I have a mated pair and Lps, softies, anemones and sponges - mine have done fine. I feed 1-2 times a day. Spectrum pellets, mysis and occaisonally silversides. Also have a clam but have not had any issues with the pair.

in an older tank I had, I had sps and lps and I had a pair of Crosshatches and I also had a Clown trigger and they didnt bother a thing. Honestly I think it all depends on the individual specimen, I have seen a lot of NON Reefsafe fish be completely ReefSAFE.
