Back in the early 90's I had a Theil coil denitrator, it worked great. I made another one using a $10 auto coolent reservoir bought at the local Pep Boys. Remove the cap, insert a 25 ft coil of yellow air tool hose (Walmart) and plumb the intake and outake to fit airline sized tubing. Get a two-way air valve to use as the drip regulator and place it on the end of the outake. Hook intake side to return line from your sump pump. That's it. Simple. Works great. No feeding, just check about twice a day to ensre proper drip rate. Now if you want to make a fancy one out of acrylic, you'll have to visit your local acrylic supply store, but basically set up is same with 25' of coil.
