Good deal on CL for sump and lighting?

Saw this and thought someone here might need these items for seems like a very nice price.

A sump and 48" dual PC - $50

Depends on how DIY saavy you are. Sounds like a very used car that you're going to spend as much time fixing as driving.

Looks like you'd need a new pump and if all you want is a simple sump then that should do fine. You'll be limited to how much you can put in there (heaters, phos rx, etc) esp with the bio balls.
As for the lights, it seems to me even once you replace the bulbs and the fans you'll still be running into problems as older PC ballast may tend to fail easier.

I understand there is a "Garage Sale" going on for the August meeting so keep that in mind.
