Are there any LFS's here in Santa Cruz? I'm visiting for a couple of days and would like to stop by at a LFS before heading home.

I went to the The Trop-Aqua. Not to burn any bridges but the store was, I think, a little messy and made 6th ave look like Aquarium Concept in Dub. They didn't really have any salt water selection. I didn't have time to head over to the other LFS in Santa Cruz. But, I did make a point to pass by Dolphin in Campbell

The TropAquarium on the west side just came under new ownership. The new owner has a lot to clean up. I live Santa Cruz and I shop at the Tropaquarium in Watsonville which is VERY clean and the tanks are well managed. The Tropaquariums were under 1 owner 10 years ago, since then the west side store has had 3 or 4 different owners.

Rod sold? Then it resold again? And again after that? You sure about how many times it's sold since Pete sold it to Rod?

FWIW, Pete didn't sell 10 years ago as I wasa selling him fish 7 years ago :D
