Schneiders Goby f/s

or at least that's how AC listed him when I got him. He's about the size of a finger and he's pretty cute, too.

Is this guy a sand-sifter? I've been looking for a shrimp goby, but not sure I want somebody that's gonna KO my sandbed. I can't seem to find any info online re: Schneider's Goby

I'm not sure he's a sand 'sifter', but he does like to make a passageway under the rockwork.

AC sold him as a 'Schneider's Goby'...but I could never find any info either.

Just trying to be helpful but try looking for Parapercis snyderi or Snyders Grubfish. That is probably what they are calling a Goby. Cant make out the entire fish to see its body so hard to tell, But in looking at the picture I would guess it to be Redspotted sandperch, Parapercis schauinslandi check here for pictures and minor information on both fish. http://www.reefimages.com/Tilefish/Tilefish1.htm
