For your 55? You can look into fairy wrasses, flasher wrasses, or even a lined wrasse. They make mucous cocoons to sleep in the rocks, rather than the sand.

Thank you very much, but the one i pick will be going into my 140. They actually build those things around them, how cool.

Your 140 looks pretty full, though. Lots of big and some potentially very aggressive fish in there. Are you planning on upgrading or something?

Wow thanks for the info I was going to post something like this aswell. Recently got a coris and all it does is hide in the sand bed and starved to death. Are flashers and fairy the same ? How does the cocoon form? And will they mess with sand if there is sand available?

Flashers and fairies aren't the same. Similar yes in temperament and requirements, but flashers belong to the Paracheilinus genus and fairies are from the Cirrhilabrus genus.

They secrete the mucous around them, which forms the cocoon.

What do you mean by mess? Will they dig holes and dump it on your rocks? No. However they may take up tiny mouthfuls and sift it through their gills in search for pods, if they figure out that there's tasty things down there.

Its a 6' tank and i do plan on upgrading to a bigger tank, 10 foot 10 inch tank from glass cages but iam deciding whether i should go with them or stick with oceanic, or even go with tenecor.

Oceanic is now owned by All-Glass, and from what I have heard you can't get an Oceanic right now, unless it was already in stock at the LFS.
