need to raise s.g. quickly.... how quickly?

I need to bringmy fish out of hypo and get them into the display tank as quickly as possible.

Its at 1.009....... how quick can I do it? My fish will probably die if I don't do it quickly enough see here http://archive.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=10417318#post10417318 )..... and they will die if I do it too quickly.
