ok, I tested the effluent on both of my calcium reactors, the one on my main tank is a Mini-Cal MTC (Dual chamber), and it read as follows:
dKH= 24.4
Calium= 530
effluent pH= not tested
this runs at about 60drops /min of effluent and 30-40 bubbles @ min. of C02
now the one in my frag tank is a Koralin 3002, and it reads as follows:
dKH= 43.5
Calcium= 570
effluent pH= 6.5
this runs at about 40 drops/min of effluent and about 20-/+ bubbles/min of C02
what im I doing wrong here? should I increase the one on my main tank or decrease the one on the frag?
what should be the correct setting to get the best performance without precipitation, I had both running way too fast before and all my pumps coated with calcium.. :(
