Just recently talked to them about two Ro/Di system that both me and one of my customers had. They were two different brands, but both had really low quality filter cartridges and membranes and I was struggling with very high TDS readings.
BFS answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about what would work best for me.
Turns out my city doses chloramines and had BFS not asked me about that I wouldn't have even known that I should have a CAT GAC stage.
Shipping was extremely quick and everything arrived in perfect condition.
Currently have my units up and running with the new configuration of cartridges and am getting 0 TDS. :):)
Extremely happy and impressed with their customer support.
Definitely don't plan on buying from anybody else in the future.
