I got a TDS tester from WOOT.com and tested my R/O water from my local water store. Came out at 7 PPM. Tap came out at 69 !!
But my sparkletts water came in a 1 PPM !!
Sooo my question is, is 7 ok ? Or should I be looking for another water source ??
Thanks

I only use water with 0TDS. I replace my DI stage when it reads 1TDS. I would look for another source if it were me. Likely if you keep using only RO water, you won't find it to be 0TDS. It's the DI stage that is missing. RO/DI water should be 0. A properly functioning RO/DI unit will produce 0TDS water. FWIW, you might want to look into buying an RO/DI unit. You can get a quality one for around 160 bucks. http://www.thefilterguys.biz/ro_di_systems.htm

sounds good, I'll look into that, one question in the above link where would the RO water go to ? Do you route it to a storage barrel ?

You can route it to a storage barrel or tank with a float valve, switch or other liquid level controller or do as I do and use a pressure tank so I also have drinking water. I have a 14G pressure tank so I have at least 11 gallons of usable RO water on hand. I then route it to drinking water faucets in the kitchen and garage laundry sink, ice maker or back to my DI filter for reef water which I store in 5G drinking water jugs.
