Multiple types of gobies in same tank

Hello,

I currently have a Yellow Watchman Goby. I would like to get a pair of Yasha gobies and a pistol shrimp. Can these all share a 90 gallon tank, or will I have to remove the Yellow Watchman Goby?

well, unless the yashas are a mated pair they (the yashas) will fight, badly. they will be fine w/ the YWG, but the pistol may (unless already paired w/ the yashas) pair with the YWG. not the most foolproof plan. I would get a tiger pistol, along w/ a yasha goby and a randals pistol, introduce the tiger pistol into the tank as close to the YWG as possible, then add the yasha and randals together at the other end of the tank. hopefully the yasha and randals will pair, and the YWG and tiger will pair. this way both gobies are happy and both shrimp have a partner.

I was planning on buying a mated pair of the Yasha gobies and a randali shrimp together. Maybe I will remove the YWG to ensure the randali shrimp wil pair with the Yasha gobies, then re-introduce the YWG.
