I just want to compliment Phil from Xenia North America for backing my lights warranty. I had a problem with a Geismann light fixture that was a little over a year old and he made sure I did not have a nervous break down:)
I am sure everyone in the hobby knows how important good lighting is.
Phil kept in touch and gave me an amazing deal on upgrading to a newly released set up. He did not have to do that. He offered to even pay for an electrician to come to my home and replace the internal ballast on the defective unit . At one point he even asked if I could wait a few weeks and he would come over when he was visiting near by vendors.
I do not mind paying top dollar for a product knowing I will get great customer service and special treatment!
This is a vendor that just earned all of my buisness for Tunze Giesmann and what ever else he sells that relate to reefing!!!
