Just wanted to say what a great company to deal with. They answered all my questions and did not try and sell me something I did not need. I needed to replace my very, very old RODI unit (cracked housing - not one of theirs) and they shipped the unit I ordered (Typhoon) the same day.

Tonga Man, you are easy. Triple A+ awarded to a company that ships its product on the day you order? Little high grading in my book.

If you have a problem w/ your system and it can be fixed w/ an e mail or two and shipping a new part, Air Ice Water is not bad. Anything more than that, they will cop an attitude.

For some reason the two units I got from them never worked right? I purchased one and it always showed 30+ TDS and AWI shipped me a replacement and it had the same problem? At the end the owner told me to go somewhere else to buy my RODI. I guess he thought I was scamming him or he would never be able to please me. I went to filter guys and the unit I got from them is great with zero TDS.
