Was very friendly and polite, was professionally packed and arrived in great condition. Ordered a Magnificent Foxface.
HINT: When ordering anything via FedEx or UPS have it held at the Fedex/UPS depot in your town, usually located near the airport, that way it is in the building and not being bounced around in the truck all morning. Especially when weather is extreme.
That way you can pick it up as early as 9am and less monkey handling, your live stock will thank you.
