Hey guys,

I ordered a pair of blue throat triggers last month, but back out at the last minute becuase I have never seen a pair.

My 'not so local' LFS is a 300 mile round trip away - so usually he couriers fish down to me - hence I have never "seen" a pair, nor am I likely to see a pair unless I drive up...... and with a 3 month old baby in the house, it is unlikely the Mrs. will give me a day off :-)

So...... I would really like to see pics of blue throat pairs, in your home aquarium........

There are plenty of shots if you google it, but alot are from commercial websites - half of which are probably photo-shop edited to enhance colours etc.

Better still - if someone had a vid!!!

Cheers,

Matt

its all about what you feed, feed foods extremely rich in protein and omega fats, especially krill, silversides, crab meat, halibut, mysis, brine, squid, and spectrum large pellets, (im going to try thawing out silversides and using a syringe to inject cyclopeeze and prawn roe into them to feed to them to help pigment even more) no matter what i also soak all of my fish food in selcon and garlic, because of that i now have my copperband butterfly eating small spectrum pellets and mysis with the same aggression as my triggers, i also am going to get the Mazuri gel food to inject into krill and other large food items for my fish...more pics of the triggers will be up tonight

Nice pics indeed - I really like teh idea that as a "pair" they stay close together all the time - not like say a "pair" of dwarf angels, they only loosley associate.
