Replacing MH DE bulb for the first time on NovaII Pendant.. How?

I'm doing my first bulb change on my Nova II pendant.. I have since misplaced any instructions on installing or replacing bulbs and I have no idea how to do it just by looking.. I don't want to shatter the bulb (old or new)..

These bulbs are dual ended..

1: need gloves to handle MH.
2: push from one side (spring loaded) into socket and pull down gently, it should push itself out into your hand.
3: push into socket and raise the other end into the other socket, release bulb and replace UV lens. :)
