that will be fine but you might want to try a 50gallon rubbermaid trash can with wheels so it is easier to move good luck

Rubbermaid plastic trash can. If you want a really heavy duty one those gray colored Brute trash cans are great.

Not on the rubbermaid brutes. No bowing.

I'm building 75 gallon acrylic storage tanks for my current build. Then I'm going to get a 160 gallon storage tank for big water changes...Someday.

If those are rigid plastic be careful. They tend to crack.

I used a 21 gallon RubberMaid on a dolly, when I lived in a apartment. I'd roll it in and out the closet to do water changes.

Nope, the brutes are not ridged plastic and hundreds of members here at RC use them. I've never read a thread about any of them cracking. I've been using the same ones going on three or four years with no problems.

I think ordy1 was talking about the utility storage containers being made of hard plastic, not the brutes.

Brutes! I have two, one for RO/DI top off, another for saltwater mixing and changing. They're tough as nails.

Take it easy Francis!

Wasn't talking about the Brutes there fellas. Brutes plastic has give. The ones in the post resemble the hard, brittle plastic that I use to store my kids old stuffed toys. They all have cracks from being tossed around.
