scuba near riverside CA

Im new to this area and need some info regarding equipment rental, and the closest place to riverside for diving. Not looking to spend a fortune, just looking to get back into the game, sorta ease back in yah know. Have also read about shore diving... anyone do this type of diving, any info on that would be appreciated too.

Theres some Dolphin Scuba center near Roseville

ok I was born and grew up here in so cal... where is Riverside? Ive never seen the freekin Hollywood sign either... give me freeway numbers not names... There is some great diving here, best is to hit up Catalina or the Channel islands though....

riverside is in the inland empire. i'm thinking past ontario by the 215 and 10.

yeah not much diving in the IE! Laguna has nice beach diving, San Diego, Redondo, Point Dume(but there can be some surf!)...

I live hear so I never felt the need to do the touristy things.... like tour. I wasnt sure if it was in the IE or down by OC. I used to do aerspace testing, but now I have my own company... whats so hard to believe that I dont go to a certain city? Do you know were Val Verde is or Agua dulce?

Riverside is easy to find.
Imagine your body is California, look towards your armpit, there's Riverside.
Or, just look for the brownest part of the sky. :)
Seriously though, now is a good time to snorkel w/ the leopard sharks in La Jolla.
