suction cups not holding????????

My Seio 2600 wont stay stuck to the side of my acrylic tank with the suction cups provided. Anyone have similar problems?

hmmm. are they new? If so let them sit in your tank/sump for a while for them to "adjust" Dont know how to explain it, it just works for me!

i just got some magnets for my seios cuz they wouldnt stick because of algae on the glass. the magnets work like a charm, i wish i would have known about them sooner, they dont float though, so if you get them, be carefull not to drop them in your overflow :) its hard to get them out once they fall in there......i know from experience if you know what i mean :)
