Hi Everyone,
I talked to a guy today that uses this method. He has a PLENUM made out of PVC, and screen material, and a very deep live sandbed . Has a small HOB aquaclear power filter, and power heads for circulation. His water parameters are INCREDIBLE !! He never adds Calcium, Alk. buffer, Kalk, NOTHING. He does a monthly water change and that is it. His tank looks beautiful! Is this a very popular method of Reef keeping? I believe he called it The Jubert Method. Can anyone give me some details, or pics of tanks using this method? Any pros, or cons besides the obvious? Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! Thanks in advance!:confused: ;) ;)
