what foods do you guys feed (flake, frozen, live, etc.)

Food for the inhabs, or corals? I usually use frozen brine for the fish.

seaweed selects for the tang and formula 1 flakes for the clowns and tang, the clowns LOVE that crap.

I feed Eric Borneman's recipe. Make it from fresh ingredients found at the grocery store. I know what is in it.
