UV Sterilize or protein skimmer supplying refugum?

Hi

I have a problem. I am setting up a new refugum and Am not able to put another pump in as i already have 3. I can either have the out put from my protein skimmer or my UV sterlizer pour in to the refugum. Which one would you use?

I would use the skimmer, mostly because UV sterilizers aren't really needed to begin with.

I kNow I know But mine has done nothing but good in mine and i think there greatIMO But i see all others points.

Thats what i was thinking to.
