Does Anyone Make A Small Pulsing Powerhead?

Is there such a thing in a small powerhead? I have a spot where I have an alternating Maxi-Jet that I need to replace, but room for it is limited due to it's position between the rocks.

could always place the powehead in another location ( behind something ) and hook up some tubing to the output it to direct it where you want it to go....
