How often do you change your PC bulbs?

I'm just curious as to how often everyone is changing their PC bulbs. When researching I have seen everything from 6 months to 2 years.

If you've got the cash, changing them every 6months is optimal, but I ussually push mine until 9 months.

By 3 months the bulbs have lost some intensity, by 6 monyhs the color is red shifted pretty badly, and by 9 months to a year you might as well be using a normal flourescent bulb.

I only use actintics on my 90 and they get changed every 6 months...
