Which of the 48" T5 54 watt 420nm actinic 03's is considered the best in terms of color and output?

Either ATI Blue+ or UVL Actinic

I didn't think that the ATI Blue Plus was a true actinic 03 (420), or is it?

The ATI Blue+ is not a true actinic 03. The UVL SuperActinic is the bulb that will make the corals look their best. I don't know how much par they give off though.

OK, thanks. I have a paper somewhere comparing par. I know that opinion is that T5 03's arent as good as VHO 03 so I was looking for which T5 was the best of the bunch. Looks like its probably the UVL like you state. They had it pegged with their VHO 03.

Thanks PJF !!!, exactly what I was looking for. I had it printed out and couldn't find it.

Looks like UVL wins, not surprising at all.
