Can JBJ 220 Watt CF fixture be changed to T5 or VHO?

Need Help. I have a JBJ 48" 220 watt CF fixture. It has 2 10K bulbs and 2 actinic 03 bulbs. Can I make a simple mod so that I could run T5's or VHO's. Each CF bulb is 55 watts. If so. what type of bulbs would I need? Could I use the existing ballast that are in the fixture. This fixture has a triple fan cooling system.

Is this an electronic ballast? You should be able to. I'm working on a mod for a 65 watt CF ballast to run 30 watt VHO bulb.
