This is a stupid one but here goes ...
Is the little nipple, for lack of a better word, on the outside of the DE bulb supposed to face down toward the water or up toward the top of the reflector. Not talking about the nipple inside the glass envelope, its the one on the outside of the bulb Im referring to.
