Let DIY mg. sit over night?

I mixed:

1/4 cup of epsom
2.41 cup of mag pellets
5.33 cup of RO/DI

Mixed the epsom seperate from the mag pellets.

Should I let this sit over night before using it, or is it good to go?

It is usually good to go as soon as it is well dissolved, shake it well before dosing and insure it is done in a high flow area away from corals and critters.
