Is this enough light?

I'd like to start keeping SPS in my 25 gallon tank. I currerntly have a Current USA Orbit fixture that has 2 65w PC tubes. I'm wondering if a JBJ Viper clip-on fixture with a 75w HQI bulb will give me enough light to support stuff like Acropora. They also have a 150w version but I think that may be a little excessive.

I would go with the 150 over the 70 as it is a clip on and heat should not be an issue.
