tank still in planning stages, 38gall display with 15gall sump.
ordered a OR2500 for return from sump going into the tank via two x 1inch outlets (using a T piece) at a head of about 1m do you think this will be overkill? how much can you dial back a pump with a ball valve without it affecting the pump? surely if you go too far it will put a strain on the pump? plan on having a central weir with 8inch perimeter 1inch bulkhead with durso standpipe and maybe the megaflow type weir, see durso stand pipes google :)
